Baking Tips

Tip 1:

After boiling, add some sesame or poppy seeds to your bagels for extra taste. Before the bagels go in the oven, shake a handful of seeds over each bagel to provide a gentle dusting of extra flavour and crunch to your bagels!

Tip 2:

Make sure you use 'non-stick baking paper' instead of greaseproof paper, to ensure your bagels bake well underneath and don't stick to the baking tray! Bacofoil baking paper is a good baking paper that you can buy locally!
